 Art : Conrad Roset

“A person who is beginning to sense the suffering of life is, at the same time, beginning to awaken to deeper realities, truer realities. For suffering smashes to pieces the complacency of our normal fictions about reality, and forces us to come alive in a special sense—to see carefully, to feel deeply, to touch ourselves and our worlds in ways we have heretofore avoided.”

Ken Wilber

  1. Samsara, the wheel of suffering ... it's not wailing loudly while suffering ... it is about suffering quietly and constantly ... I know about it and so do you, my friend Eve ... so hard to explain, and therefore not many will ever understand ... so we have to think of it as a gift rather than a curse ...yes? Love, cat.

    1. Yes, life is a gift, and every day is a beautiful day, also the bad.
